We are seeking to identify and engage up to three(3) Business Development Executives as a key component of our growth plan. We have a steady stream of potential business partners looking for our assistance.You will participate in the formulation and modification of short and long-term sales strategies for targeted territories. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities via connecting with incoming leads and developing your own book of business. We call on the medical device, pharma, healthcare network, and diagnostic business sectors. You should be familiar with a variety of medical concepts and practices. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies
  • Demonstrates high service knowledge and professionalism researching and sharing service-related information with account teams and clients
  • Leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts-prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
  • Negotiate and drive deals to ensure successful close and high win rate
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Uses specialty knowledge and actively prospects within accounts to discover or cultivate sales opportunities
  • Experience creating and managing C-Level Clientrelationships with a consultative sales mindset
  • Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate client needs and facilitate solutions development
  • Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer service, marketing and finance
  • To build a new business pipeline of prospective clients
  • To utilize a consultative selling approach, based on value selling
  • Working with Directors and C-Level clients on complex, strategic deals
  • Meet and exceed your sales quota

Requirements

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Prior success in developing new client relationships
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Demonstrate understanding of medical and pharmaceutical companies, trends, challenges, with the ability to translate this knowledge into sales campaigns and to drive business value
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Medical Representative, Medical SalesAccount Executive or similar role
  • Proven work Enterprise Sales work experience
  • Solid understanding in the medical field, pharmaceutical, device, clinical trials, business practices, medical principles and the ability to convey such understanding to clients, partners and prospects
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding Sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • To actively own a territory of prospective clients
  • You must be a strong communicator both written and oral to a wide range of clients and team members, across a wide range of geographies
  • Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be comfortable using different technologies and MS/Google products to drive business proposals
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred)
