Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be instrumental in the continued growth of 83bar as a strategic partner for the organization who will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance. This position is a key member of the executive team and will oversee core financial functions while also supporting other activities, including strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Working with all department heads, monitoring and making recommendations
  • Directing the preparation of all financial statements
  • Reviewing planning processes and suggesting improvements to current methods
  • Comparing sales and profit projections to actuals and making necessary adjustments to future projections
  • Working with the Executives to coordinate planning and establishing priorities for the planning process
  • Studying long-range economic trends and projects potential impact on future growth in sales and market share
  • Overseeing investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion
  • Managing investor, bank and board reporting requirements
  • Managing debt structures, covenants and related challenged with various lendersYour Content Goes Here

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
  • Certified Public Accountant designation, preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial management required
  • Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience
